I did an account transfer recently after my mom passed away and need help with my bill as I want to reduce it but I'm getting no help from customer support and my complaints keep being closed without a response to them.

For this bundle my mother was paying £105.50 pound and had a £25 off deal til september but since transferring they have taken away the deal and now I have to pay £130.50 which is too much for me. I've asked them why they took the deal away and they said because that deal isn't available so they can't transfer it.
I'm not currently in any long term contract and can change/leave when I want so I've asked what deals they have available and they keep quoting me the Mega volt bundle and said it will cost me £170 but isn't it the same deal as below? Why will it cost me £170.
Last thing.. Is a simcard supposed to be included with my current volt bundle and do they come with date?
Sorry I'm really clueless to this and I'm not getting enough information from customer support and its stressing me.
