Hi, I just renewed my contract to be fair got a great price and kept all my access. However I have now 2 x V6 boxes, but the new contract now says I will have Virgin TV 360. Does this mean I will have to have 2 new boxes?
I tried to get through to support, but they said i have not renewed yet. lol strange as I have the new contracts sat in my Inbox.
