I have been with virgin for 11 years. I cancelled my contract on 16th November as i was moving home and my partner had talktalk broadband at his address so i didn't need virgin anymore. I got my final bill. I paid it in full. I got another bill lastnight it looks like my contract is still running. How is this possible after cancelling and paying final bill? I was also due a credit of £35 which it looks like they,ve deducted from this latest bill. Does anyone know how to resolve this. Also my mum has taken out a brand new contract at my old address which was supposed to start the day after my contract expired. This is an absolute mess.
