Price increase in less than 2 months of renewal

Is this some kind of a joke?

I renewed my contract in 4th January 2024 and there was no mention of any price increase during the call.

And in less than 2 months I have now received a letter for a price increase.

How is this even allowed?

Thank you for getting back to us here.

Are you referring to a DSAR that you've submitted? If so, it can take 30 days from the date of request for that to be fulfilled. From what you've explained, we're still within that 30 day window.
