I'm stuck in an endless loop trying to verify my email address for a new My Virgin Media account. I've tried clearing cache / using an incognito browser etc. I've tried requesting five or six new links and they are all expired.

I am also a new customer and had exactly the same experience. Then I downloaded the virgin app, logged in and happy days: all is working as it should
