Cant log into my services email . Account vm connect i tried to change password but keep getting message

I cant log into my account or email  or anything for that matter if i try to change my passwod i get a message saying cant use that try again i have tried about 20 times so far and keep getting the same think any ideas

When I try I don't get a link just asks for Dob and mothers maiden name then input new password I have just tried again and get the same error    

Sorry, there was a problem registering that password. Please choose a different one.

I would also try a different browser / device from looking at our side the settings are all fine.

Okay sorry to hear this, are you changing to change the password?

Please try to get another forget password so its a fresh link and then do a simple password it should allow you to change it

Try a different password. Certain things are too guessable to be allowed. No special characters, only letters and numbers, MUST begin with a letter, try keeping it between 8-10 characters. Try something like part of their address and part of postcode.

Also its worth trying to sign in via your old password to see if that will work.
