I have been trying to contact Virgin over 5 days spending approx 6 hours trying to get through to them.. when I finally go through to someone on WhatsApp they said they were unable to help and gave me another number which I tried and was met with a pre recorded message saying this number is unavailable..
I am unable to access my virgin account despite trying desktop and varies search engines and trying to change my password.
I would just like to know how much is remaining on my contract and if I can pay the remainder and leave virgin media!

Probably easier to contact the CEO at virgin media via email
Go straight to the top and explain problems ! VM are in top three worst customer service British Gas, O2, VM.

Is this the number you called?
They can discuss the remaining balance and take a payment.
They do have limited opening hours, however, please do call between 9am and 3pm Monday to Friday.
