I have the same issue as Charliebrown44 - see my post above. I have phoned your faults department on at least six occasions, including being passed to your 2nd level telephone support. You advised charliebrown44 that Virgin is aware of these issues and that a fix is being worked on. However it seems that your faults department (including 2nd level support) are not aware of this problem. It is extremely important that we are aware of who is calling us, and we are getting nowhere with faults department. Could I ask if it is possible for you to send me a private message, so that we can both learn a little more, and for you to investigate my problem for me. With many thanks.
