Hi , third time trying to talk to you, can you please give some advise about caller id not working. It’s worked fine until my transition to your fibre network. When my caller gets an international dial tone my caller id shows withheld on my handset. My handset is compatible because when the caller gets a U.K. dial tone I know instantly who’s calling from the display on my phone. I am sending this message in behalf of my 82 year old mother who relies on this feature on her phone. I understand answers on here are not instant but this is the third time asking for help .
please advise.
