SMTP Email error VM304 Authentication Denied

Settling in

Hey, I'm not OP, but have encountered the same SMTP issue as of yesterday on all devices outside the webmail. 

I have ran the standard curl command advised in other posts and received the following message: 

525 5.7.13 Authentication Denied (VM304)

Any ideas how to resolve this? Thanks.

VM304 error message has a specific meaning which is that the account concerned no longer exists on the VM backend database.

Do you still have a VM broadband account to which the email address concerned is connected?
