For the last 2 days I can send emails from my ntl account on my phone but cannot receive them. I can see emails fine on the website but not through the Gmail app on my android.
I have reset the passwords, no change
Can anyone help??

There are many similar posts which all seem to follow a recent update to the Gmail app. The most common advice is to remove the latest Gmail update, although I'm not sure this is possible on all devices.
Alternatively use a different email app until Google resolve the issue.
