Hi all,
 
We're looking for 30 participants to trial a new firmware for our Hub 3. The participants will receive a £30 Amazon voucher on completion of the trial.
 
The trial firmware contains only backend changes only so you shouldn't notice any difference.  All you'll be required to do is to complete a short survey at the end of the trial which we'll use to help us to improve our products and services. You'll also be able to report any issues on a closed part of our community, and we envisage the trial to last between 4-12 weeks.
 
What you’ll need to participate:

To take part, you will need to have:
  • a broadband service with us
  • registered on the Virgin Media community
  • a Hub 3 NOT in modem mode

This trial is only open to Virgin Media broadband customers who are registered on the Virgin Media community and have a Hub 3.

Happy to help if you can fix the issues with port forwarding and my cctv outside the home would be grate as when bot on wifi i can't use my cctv
