Hi cazza26,

If you haven't spoken to anyone yet then if you call 150 from your Virgin phone, mobile or landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone, when phoning choose the option to report a fault, then ignore all the options offered and you should then be placed into a queue to speak to someone.

A bit more info might help, what broadband package do you have, also are you trying to watch the series on the main box or mini box and is it connected to the hub using ethernet cable or wi-fi and do you get any error codes.

What problems are you having watching live TV? That doesn't use the internet.

How is your TV360 connected to your homehub, is it Ethernet or wireless?

watching on main box. connected by wifi as hub is upstairs as we have 4 floors. never had as many issues with previous tv box and internet is working in other rooms in house.  M500 broadband package which is also a step up from previous package.

Was the previous box a V6 that has been upgraded to 360?

Assuming the Virgin hub isn't in modem mode and you are using your own router then if the 360 is connected on the 5GHz signal try connecting on the 2.4GHz signal, it's slower but a stronger signal.

If you haven't got 5G and 2.4G bands then you need to split your Wi-Fi network, instructions on how to do that are in the link below, when you have selected Advanced Settings you will also need to select Wireless, Wireless Signal and click on Disable Channel Optimization at the bottom then click on Apply Changes.

If you have a Volt package you might be eligible for some free pods to boost your wi -fi.
