No tv signal

When I turn my TV and 360 box on just saying no signal tried all the usual things to rectify it but still nothing different cable switching on and off again

It says no signal chek the input connection and I have 

You didn't need to post the photo again it just sometimes takes a while for Virgin to check the photo and clear it for viewing, I think the VIP's like japitts have access to see them before they are cleared.

Do the "Welcome" & "Starting up" screens appear when you restart? This is the TV360 doing a video-output self-test.

No doesn't do none of them I think I will have to ring virgin media tomorrow and get them to do there checks as I can't seem to do it online

Hi pr1234 

What colour lights are showing on the front of  your TV360 box?

Have you tried using your 360 box in a different wall socket/extension cable?

Even though your PS worked with that HDMI cable via the same HDMI port, I would try a different HDMI cable - switch off both the TV and the 360 when you change cables so that the equipment re-syncs again when they both boot up.

The picture below is from the LG C48 manual but the same advice will probably apply to your LG TV. ie double check (again) that you are using the correct HDMI port and run the TV's Screen Diagnosis test.Clipboard01.jpg

Switched off both changed lead swapped sockets reset tv settings and all I have on my TV is picture test no self diagnosis did that tho and says its OK and its a green light on box

Just to confirm which box you have check this link the 360 doesn't have a green light.

It is a 360 and Google says green light means it's on 

Google for once might be wrong the 360 doesn't have a green light and Virgin don't know either  the hub might have a green light.

I'm looking right at it and it's green I'm just gonna ring virgin media tomorrow but thanks to everyone trying to help
