Hi I set up a mobile account on the 31st may I have not yet received my sim card.

I have tried to phone them but I can`t get through it is saying that calls to this number can not be connected at the moment.

Are you able to try a different device for me if possible please? I've just been able to connect the call myself when testing this - please keep me updated

My main phone is the only one I can use until I get my sim card.
