Hi there,

I've recently lost my phone and would like to cancel the SIM card incase anyone tries to use it.

I'm so sorry to hear you've lost your phone. 📱 In this day and age, everything is stored on there, so it may be advised to reach out to the police
In relation to your SIM card, the SIM's we have are now with O2.

For this case it may be best to reach out to them as they can assist more quickly and place a block.
Reach out to them on 0344 809 0202.
