Transfer esim to new iPhone

I have an esim in an iPhone 11 Pro and want to transfer it to an iPhone 14 Pro. I wonder how I can do this.

Hi Virgin. I’ve just bought a new iphone and the apple eSim transfer didn’t work for me either - I also got a message saying that Virgin doesn’t support it. How do I get a new eSim?
