In the EU. Need to turn on roaming. Help!!

Hi Dibble1, 

Thanks for using the Community Forums to get your roaming turned on, I am sorry if this has been causing some frustration 😥 

Because there is a soft lock active there may be limited help we can offer until you've been switched over to O2, I will send you a private message now so I can tell you when that would be. 

I do apologise that there may not be anything else we can do to activate your roaming at this time though.

Thanks for chatting with me in our private message, I'm sorry that there was limited help I could offer in relation to the soft lock and your data roaming, but I am glad we managed to come to an alternate outcome.
