Switch off voicemail on my landline

Voicemail on my landline has been switched on and I urgently need it switched off.

The help page says you can turn it off by dialling 1571 and following the menu options - but there is no option to switch it off.

I dialled 150 and eventually got through to someone - who told me it would be switched off within 24 hours. 2 days later it is still active.

Please can someone help?

I have taken a look and I can see you spoke to the team about this, please remember sometimes what the team have done can take up to 48 hours to action. Cheers
