No mobile signal

I have had no mobile signal since Tues 18th July. According to the O2 network status website this problem will be fixed by 27th July. This is a long time to not be able to use my mobile properly. Who can I complain to and seek some sort of compensation as I am paying for service which I am not getting at the moment?!
