Help with swap to O2: Can't receive calls but can make calls with O2 sim

Help!

Had VM on eSim. Now put O2 sim in and can only make calls not receive them. Have deleted eSim profile so now can’t access VM anymore.

What do I do, contact VM helpline or O2 helpline?

Very frustrating!!
