I keep getting a green screen saying DVR is critical and needs to go off for three hours, this is the third time in a couple of weeks, and looking on the forum it says the hard drive is failed! Please can someone help.

You can report your failed TiVo hard drive one of two ways...
1: Calling in - 150 from a VM phone, or 0345 4541111 from any other phone
2: Waiting on here for VM staff to respond - that may take a day or so.

I have an engineer coming out today 12-4 so hopefully they will resolve it as I pay for this second box each month.
