Unable to log-in to TV Go app - but can via browser

Beyond frustrated here.  I've clicked on so many damn fire hydrants, stairs and motorcycles....jeez

My Virgin TV Go app has been working fine until about a week ago.  Now I can't sign-in. And YET with exactly the same password, I can log-in via browser.

So I change my password, come back and try again.  And then the death loop of 'Not a robot' and fire hydrants, stairs etc.

Absolutely wrecked my evening.  And I pay for pretty much the best of what Virgin offer: broadband, tv, even mobile.  What a mug.

I am so sorry that you have faced this issue via the app. Can I ask if you have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app at all?

 

Have you been able to try on an alternative device?
