I can't access 18+ websites but all websafe has been disabled why?

Can't disable child safe

Hi,I moved house semi recently. Ever since doing the home move I've not been able to disable Child Safe it always seems to be on even when it's disabled in my settings.I've tried to phone before but didn't help. I've seen similar posts to this please...

Websafe won't switch on

When I switch on web safe on my virgin account the toggle flips back with a message saying 'settings not changed, try again later' I get the same message each time I try.

I am the only account holder and am logged in but get the following error when I try to enable the account child safe mode."Sorry the changes you made were not saved, please try again"Can anyone help?

Resolved! Web Safe - not able to turn on

Hi, I can't seem to turn on Web Safe. When I go to the settings page and click to turn on, I get the message " Sorry the changes you made were not saved, please try again"Can somone advise on a solution?
