Can't disable child safe

Hi,

I moved house semi recently. Ever since doing the home move I've not been able to disable Child Safe it always seems to be on even when it's disabled in my settings.

I've tried to phone before but didn't help. I've seen similar posts to this please help.

Hi @AC2007 👋.

Thanks for your post. Apologies you are having issues with this. there are many ways that this can be done, via the Connect App, your Virgin Media App, or web based Virgin Media online account. You can go into the Hub settings and disable from there, or if you are unsure, you can call our team or request through here to be done.

I am still not able to turn this off. I have checked the hub settings and can't see anything related to the child safe options. I have even tried to turn of the firewall briefly but still didn't work.

I have tried calling before but this still couldn't get resolve.
