No reliable broadband for 2 weeks and deadlines for fixing keep shifting

For two weeks if not more broadband service in Hackney London has been an on off service every few minutes.

VM keeps saying they have identified the problem and it will fix shortly but it never is.

If you know the problem why cant you calculate how long repair work will take.

Is it that you dont want to say it will take 2 weeks so that you dont have to offer a rebate for loss of service.

I often say to other people who ask about being a VM user is it worth it, and I always say when it works its fine, but when it doesn't its a nightmare. Their repair service is slow or understaffed, and VM support for customers in these situation is hopeless.

Does anyone actually know what the problem is, and if they do how long truthfully, is it going to take to fix.

(I had to wait out through 2 break in service just to type this.)
