Next to zero upload speed and intermittent internet

Since yesterday I am getting next to zero upload speed and intermittent internet which makes it impossible to make work calls, send emails, interact with apps, connect to a vpn etc

i have tried several things suggested on VM community (e.g. turning the router off, resetting router etc) but nothing has worked. 

I have rang VM and there is a problem in my area…

I have read this forum which mentions this thing happens when there is poor signal to noise (SNR) https://community.virginmedia.com/t5/Speed/Very-Slow-Upload-Speed/td-p/5218217

this is what I am currently receiving:

Does anyone know how long these issues typically take to get fixed? or any advice on what I could do?

I’m case it is relevant I have the Hub 3

During a known VM Service fault, it is best to not tinker with your Hub.

For faults affecting you street 0800 561 0061 may give update on the progress.

I've had this issue last week, was told it was a local issue, been ok all week then today the same, download speeds of over 300mb and upload of zero.. never had issues with virgin till recently

I understand that the visit has been cancelled, can you confirm if there is still an issue with the service?
