Fluctuating upload speeds!

So as title says, i have had the 1gig package around 2 months now and all was fine.

Over the last 2 weeks i have had very bad upload speed, its just seems to fluctuate, on a speed test it will go upto 105mbps but then start to drop like a brick.

Im on pc with an ethernet cable but it also does it on my xbox with cable and also my mobile phone via wifi so its not just the 1 device.

Have phoned Virgin they monitored the line for 24h and came back with no problem, its starting to annoy me now as i stream in 1440p so need the upload speed, download speed have been fine.

Have reset hub and all that and still the same!

Ok so i stream on youtube at 1440p 60.

My bit rate on stream labs obs is set to 30k kb/s, now it used to never have a problem being around that untill my upload started to fluctuate, now i see it bouncing from 25k down to 5k 3k upto 9k then back down, im a payed youtube and this is not helping me with uploading videos and having a rubbish quailty stream.

A bit rate of 30 kb/s ... that can not be right.

1440p @ 60fps is normally captured in the 6 to 30 Megabits per second range.

Its not 30 its 30k as in 30000kb/s

The BQM is showing packet loss.

Access your HUB on 192.168.0.1, select 'Check router status', and copy paste each tab of data into separate replies, sometimes having to press 'Reply' twice if an error occurs.
