an issue when i set up my hub

Just joined

today i get my quickstart kit and i set up the hub. But i cannot connect to the internert by wifi. i log in the and it said the wifi is normal but internet connection has issue. i would like to book a engineer visit but i dont know how to do that. i have already call the number in the kits and wait about 10 mins, but nobody reply. So, can i book an engineer visit online or anyone can let me know how to solve the connection problems.
