Not delivered

Hi there, 

I ordered a self install box that was supposed to be delivered a few days ago, but it still hasn't arrived. I have the documents that were emailed but nothing further, so am unable to contact with an account number. This is slightly frustrating and making me glad I have enough data to last me.
