Hi,

 

I placed an order for a Virgin Media internet self-install kit a number of weeks ago for delivery today. I have received no welcome email or tracking ID so have no idea whether the parcel is actually coming or not.

Hi,

I have had the same issue i am anew customer and my hub was suppose to be delivered on the 24/6/23 but had no confirmation email or tracking ID, but recieved the pre-contractual email and order summary. I am in need of the internet as i work from home.
