Hi, the brown box outside my house has been damaged. Can it be replaced please?

Please post a photo to allow VM to assess the damage.  If you wait here a day or two a VM Mod will pick this up and discuss.

Welcome to our Community Forums! Thank you for your public post and sorry to hear that your external omni box is damaged.

Before I can look into this issue further, please share an image of what the omni box looks like, so that we can assess the damage and see what needs doing to repair this?
