I want to move my tv to a different part of the room, can I buy a longer cable?

Vm will supply one for £25, it’s done with a technician’s visit.

Call Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait a day or two for a VM staff member to get to your post.

VM do a non fault visit for £25 in which they will attend and instal a new cable to the location you would like to re site the TV, It sounds steep but, many of the cables advertised online as being Virgin media capable aren't. or are of very poor quality where your signal will be affected. Even worse still if you are buying a cable and self fit connectors, by the time you have spent out on what you need to do it correctly it will probably cost you more than £25 and you may have a poor quality signal.

There is a £25 charge as:

1) Specialised cable is used.

2) Changing cable lengths sometimes also requires access to the street cabinet to correct signal levels.
