How do I link my O2 to account

I was meant to get double data but O2 separate accounts and billing. Keeps saying sim needs to be registered although all set up.

The Volt benefits from o2 should be automatically added within about 2 weeks. If they aren't, you should reach out to o2 customer service. If you let them know your VM Account number they'll check they match up to the same address and get the double data added on.
