For a VM Hub in Router mode, connect the the Hub at: http://192.168.0.1
the password for the Hub's menu is on a sticker ( it is not the same as the WiFi password )

Also use a wired connection when doing admin work.

When I go into Settings, this is what appears
Then when I open it, I get the following
When I go into my hub administration, there isn’t an option to choose WPA2 (AES) or WPA3.
So, I’m concerned that my connection is insecure, and I don’t know how to put it right. Trying to talk to Virgin is very stressful.

When yuo go into the hub settings (192.168.0.1) you need to navigate to Advanced settings > Wireless > Security and click on the Security drop down box to change that setting
