Every day or two pretty much my internet goes down.

Sorry to hear you're experiencing some issues with the service again.
I've had a look and can see you're affected by an area congestion issue, the estimated fix date for this is 29th July, fault reference F007995171 .
We are planning to undertake some upgrades to support the increased demand for our services in your area. When completed, any slow broadband speeds and buffering on TiVo apps you may be experiencing (particularly at peak times) will be resolved.

Ive been having the same issue for the last week or so, at best it stays up for 24 hours, worst so far has been having to reboot 4 times in one day. Similar error messages to everyone else, and power and SNR levels are all fine.

The connection has now dropped while typing out this message, its seems to be getting worse as time goes on. Is there anyway to get a response on this?

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. I am sorry for the broadband issues.
I've checked the system and there is an SNR issue (signal to noise ratio) in your area affecting the service. This would be the cause of the issues you're currently experiencing. The fault number for your records is F008199528.
The estimated fix date for this is the 13th July 2020.

Has anyone managed to get a resolution to this problem? I have had the problem on and off now since March or possibly longer just I am not usually in during the day using the broadband connection. I have had several routers sent out and I am due my second enginers visit tomorrow. I am not confident they are going to be able to resolve the problem.
I will be leaving Virgin for another supplier if it continues as with WFH so much now I need a reliable connection and Virgin do not seem to be able to do that.

Hi,
I have been been experiencing similar difficulties for about five months. In addition, when this occurs, the whole router seems to restart and all connections (WiFi, LAN) are dropped. I have had one router replacement which I thought had cleared up the issue, but instead it has come back with a vengeance. I have asked on the app to be put through to technical support several times but the thread never seems to be picked up. Please could you look into this issue nad let me know of any findings?
