I have got 2 black spots in my house, I have been sent 1 pod which has sorted out one. I was told the pods could only be sent out one at a time and to call back when I had received the 1st pod. I have now called back and been told I have to wait for a text to get a 2nd pod, and that i could not order another one over the phone. I have run a test on virgin connect app which had a download speed of 7mbps !! How can I resolve this? Thanks.

Have you tried by logging into /my-virgin-media , as per the info below from https://www.virginmedia.com/wifi-max ?
