Usage saying your in the top 50% is not that useful

I'm thinking that's a completely static web page that appears for all VM customers.  Let's face it, VM's marketing department will be full of airheads who can believe that every customer is in the top 50%, and when they did try to personalise the data usage statement it often looked a load of old cobblers.....
