Unable to change Wi-Fi settings

When logged into my account, cannot find apps to change Wi-Fi controls,

When on your VM internet connection visit  : http://192.168.0.1 and login to the Hub's menu with the Hub password from the sticker.

Hub's menu >>> Advanced Settings >>> Wireless    

Now you can change the WiFi settings from a webpage.

Thanks for your reply, what I’m trying to do is access settings and apps the same way the Virgin demo shows on  utube, but on my iPhone I get a good morning screen , your dashboard showing latest bill, and four boxes showing what’s included in my package, no settings to go to apps as shown on the demo, 

The (dis)Connect App is flakier than a dandruff convention.

The Virgin Media online account that shows the bill / package does not provide access to the Hub's WiFi settings, but it does provide access to the Web Safe settings where Virus Safe can be Enabled and Child Safe should be Disabled to enable access to Office VPN / Conf Calls / Social Media & Messenger apps.

We don't use the VM Connect app it is far more trouble than it is worth.

To alter the WiFi connect to the Hub and get the job done in quickly and easily .... http://192.168.0.1/
