Running tv wired straight from the router. BT sport keeps stopping and giving me an internet speed problem. However, running a speed test on my phone gives 300mb. Downloads terribly slow. Lots of dropped packets. Latency very variable. Already given up on the VM router and use a TP mesh for wireless. Now seems like something is wrong with the actual download. Wish I’d never left BT and awful customer service line. Sorry but just not good enough.

Apologies for the broadband issues. You need a tech as one of the upstream channels has an issue.
