Hi
I have used the home scan app and one of my bedrooms consistently records a poor wifi score.
Last 3 scans . Best Download 9, worst 0. Best upload 4, worst upload 0.
How do I apply for a Volt wifi pod please?
Also , will I see an increase to my internet speed as part of the package?

Thank you for your post. I'm sorry to hear about the issue with the WiFi.
You should be able to order a WiFi pod through your Connect App.
On the broadband tab will be an option for this.
Have you recently changed your package?

I would like to request a wifi pod as part of my volt package please. I have a dead spot in one of my bedrooms.

Yes I have recently changed my package to volts. It shows its now active.
I cant see any option on the Connect App to order pods. There is option to add wifi pod but then says no pods detected.

Thanks for coming back to us in the Community. ⭐
We're sorry to hear you're having an issue with your WiFi which is resulting in you needing to have a WiFi pod. Our new WiFi Max service allows you to have up to 3 pods. Whilst the 1st pod can be requested, a second and third pod can only be ordered after diagnostics have been completed and we determine that a Pod is the correct fix for the connection issue. The pods can only be sent out one at a time too.
It's worth having a look at the service as a whole here and as you've mentioned you're on a Volt package, this will be free to you.
Once you've had a look at the above link, if you want to go ahead we will need to confirm some information with you to get that first pod sent out.
I have sent you a direct message to allow us to do this with you in a private space. If you are using a PC/Laptop then you can just click on the little ✉ at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox. If you are on a mobile/tablet device then instead click on the little circle icon in the top right then select 'Messages'. 😊
