No internet

On our wavelength

Hi,

 I’m in Sunbury On Thames and have had no internet for the last hour. Just wondering if others are also having issues or it a local problem with my hub?

Hi @Mark102 

Are there any known issues?  Have you looked at Check service status at the top of the page? You can also a run a test on your equipment from there.  The Check Service Status is often only populated with details of wide spread outages.

You could also try the automated Service Status number  0800 561 0061.  This often gives details of more localised issues down to postcode level. Whilst not ideal it's probably a better indicator of known problems and should also show the latest estimated date/time any known fault to be repaired.

Hi Mark,

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, it has been a while, hope you have kept well, sorry to see you have been facing some connection issues, I was able to locate you on our system with the details we have for you and can see there is an SNR (Signal to Noise Ration)  You might find that your Virgin Fibre, Voice and Virgin TV services are intermittent, with the picture freezing or disappearing now and then. We are sorry and our engineers are working hard to resolve this ASAP. 

This was raised on 24/04/23 @ 16:46 and the estimated fix is 02/05/23 @ 16:50, apologies again for any inconvenience caused.
