Hub 4 fan constantly runs

My hub 4 fan is constantly running and is noisy. It is NOT in a hot place and has plenty of ventilation. As the hub is in my living room and cannot be relocated to another room it is incredibly annoying. Any help would be appreciated.

Could be full of dust? Hub 4 is the only one with a fan. Power it off and blow it through with a can of compressed air.

I’ve only had it 2 weeks. It’s been doing it since I installed it.

VM recycle Hubs back into a pool to be re-used by customers.  So, it could still need a clean out from the previous renters.

I did try vacuuming it out, but it made no difference.
