Faulty router? No internet

Hi 

recently I am having trouble connecting devices to Wi-Fi. The router is on, all cables in, lights as they should be but none of my devices are connecting. I’ve turned everything on and off and made no difference. Wondering if the router is faulty? Couldn’t engineer contact me please?
