I upgraded my set up and it is showing a poor Wi-Fi in an area of my house. I’ve spent over 2 hours on live chat and what’s app and not spoke to an agent yet. Very poor customer service

Sorry to hear that you're having WiFi coverage concerns and have not been able to speak to us regarding this yet.
I have checked the systems at our side and can see that their are some concerns with a parallel WiFi network. These are sometimes a neighbouring network which is broadcasting at a high power. Some parallel networks can be created by 3rd party equipment broadcasting their own network.
If you do not have any 3rd party devices that are also broadcasting a WiFi network, you can run the speed checks through the connect app and order your WiFi pod if eligible. You can check our more on our WiFi max, any additional costs and eligibility here.
