Security Key

Hi, I understand that the credit agreement number is on the DD to virgin, however I cannot find in my e-mails the security key needed for 2 handsets, are you able to point me in right direction? I am pretty sure the 2 handsets are paid off as I cannot find a DD for them, many thanks....

the security key would be with all your paperwork, have you looked at all your documents?
