Hi, I have been evicted on the 19th of March 2024, I asked Virgin Media to cancel my contract because I'm in temporary accommodation and I'll no longer use the Internet services. They asked me to pay more than 200 pounds. I told them that I have been forced to leave this house otherwise I'd use my virgin media Internet. This is very unfair. I'm not using the hub as I stored in the box. I'm not anymore at this address and I'm paying the monthly fee £31.55 for nothing. Please help me to cancel my contract without fees or pend it until I'm rehoused. Thank you for your help.

Hey Noorane, thank you for reaching out and a warm welcome to the community I am sorry to hear this.
Do you have any type of proof that you have been evicted?
If so we can look at cancelling without any fees'.
Do let us know.
