  • Spoke to team on what's app show setup a promose to pay till 27th Oct and now my services have just cutoff. She said they would say u active. I work from home so I'm not going to be able to  work tomorrow unless it's reinstated. Panic mode now and can't sleep for worrying

Thanks for your post and welcome to the community.

Many apologies for any issues faced with this, during this did the team advise that an extension on the service would be completed?

Also for an extension to be placed you'd need to contact the team on 0345 454 1111/150 if calling from a VM landline to do so.
