I am seeing the same issue with my credit score being affected and dropped 103 point due to this. Can you help me with this?

Virgin have done same to me for no reason other than i wanted to cancel my contract,  they informed credit agency i missed a payment.  NOT TRUE.  every payment they have requested was paid and the direct debit is still current..  Now need to spend hours trying to sort it out.

I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your billing at the moment, what have you been advised, when you have spoken to the team about this? 

Have you been charged a late payment fee on any of your recent bills from us?
