New to Virgin, and having issues.

Hi everyone,

I recently joined Virgin media with the fibre to the house and TV/landline/broadband M500 package.

The equipment and performance has been fantastic so far, but I have one big and extremely basic issue.

I cannot access my account as the number registered on the app is one digit out, it just says services not yet activated when I try and log in.

Basically the registered account number I have from the instillation engineer is different to the one I have on the Virgin media app, so I can't use it.

I have tried many times with the customer service (unbelievably bad 😞) as they don't speak English well enough to converse with.

So I'm stuck unfortunately.

 

Please help...

Hi Kain,

Yes but the account number is wrong.

I can't change the account number, it's the last digit that is not correct.
